RATES:
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
$1400.00 weekly rate Saturday to Saturday
(June thru September)

Nightly rates starting after Labor Day $140 per night
(4 night minimum a must!)
​
Monthly Winter Rates: $900.00 per month
(December thru March)
​
*Must be 25 years of age*

If for some reason you cannot stay as planned and will need to cancel:
​
All cancellations must be done within 7 business days of departure/ booked date. If you have not cancelled within 7 business days of departure you will forfeit ALL payment.
